Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at m2learninghub.com, booking a demo, or enrolling in any course offered by M² Learning Hub, you ("the student" or "parent/guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and M² Learning Hub, co-founded by Manish Mishra and Madhvi Rai.

Our Services

M² Learning Hub provides online tuition services for the following:

• Mathematics and Science for students in Classes 6 to 12
• Competitive exam preparation for JEE (Mains & Advanced) and NEET
• All major boards: CBSE, ICSE, IB, GCSE, and State Boards
• Live online sessions conducted in small batches
• Doubt-clearing sessions, study material, and performance tracking

All services are delivered entirely online. No in-person classes are offered.

Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to all students in Classes 6–12 and those preparing for JEE and NEET. Students below 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent at the time of enrollment.

• A free demo class may be booked before enrollment
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of course fees
• M² Learning Hub reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion
• Batch allocation is subject to availability and schedule compatibility

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and disciplined conduct during all online sessions. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Recording of live sessions without prior written consent from M² Learning Hub
• Sharing, distributing, or uploading class content or study material to any third party
• Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward faculty or fellow students
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorised access to sessions

Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of a course or batch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Course fees are quoted at the time of enrollment and are subject to change for new batches
• Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods communicated via WhatsApp
• Receipts will be issued upon successful payment
• Fees paid are non-transferable to another student

Scheduling & Attendance

• Class schedules are communicated via WhatsApp at the time of enrollment
• M² Learning Hub reserves the right to reschedule classes due to faculty unavailability, technical issues, or holidays — with prior notice wherever possible
• Students are responsible for attending sessions punctually
• Missed classes by the student are not compensated unless due to a verified emergency
• Recordings (if provided) are for the enrolled student's personal use only

Study Material

All notes, practice sheets, question banks, and other materials provided by M² Learning Hub are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student. Students may not:

• Share materials on social media, messaging groups, or any public platform
• Sell or distribute materials to other students or institutions
• Reproduce materials for commercial purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on the M² Learning Hub website, including but not limited to text, graphics, course content, study material, teaching methodologies, and session recordings, is the intellectual property of M² Learning Hub. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

M² Learning Hub makes every effort to deliver high-quality education. However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, marks, or results in board examinations or competitive entrance tests. Academic success depends on multiple factors including the student's own effort and consistency.

M² Learning Hub shall not be liable for any technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues on the student's end, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

M² Learning Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
