M² Learning Hub maintains a strict no-refund policy once a student has been enrolled and fees have been paid. We strongly encourage all prospective students to attend a free demo class before making any payment decision.

Cancellation Before Enrollment

If you have submitted a fee payment but enrollment has not yet been formally confirmed by M² Learning Hub, you may contact us within 24 hours to request a cancellation. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Makeup Classes for Cancelled Sessions

In the event that M² Learning Hub has to cancel a scheduled session due to faculty unavailability, technical issues, or public holidays, we will:

Duplicate Payment Refunds

If a payment is accidentally made twice for the same enrollment (duplicate transaction), a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 5–7 working days upon verification. Please contact us on WhatsApp with the payment proof to initiate this process.
